Our mission
Sharing Yoga and Ayurveda
Flower & Jérôme
In 2026, Flower returns to Taiwan, her country of origin, with the desire to create a welcoming yoga space dedicated to everyone’s well-being and personal growth.
Attentive to each person’s needs, we offer personalised approaches based on Ayurveda, asanas, pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation.
We believe in a practice approached with mindfulness and authenticity—one that has the power to transform the body, the mind and our relationship with ourselves.
Contributing, on our own scale, to a more conscious life and a more harmonious world is a deep aspiration for us.

Flower 小花
My name is Xiu Hua (秀華). I began practising yoga in 2006, which means that I have now been practising for twenty years. During the first twelve years, I devoted myself fully to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, guided by Mark Darby, Joanne Darby and Shankara Darby.
In 2018, I moved to Switzerland and got married. At the time, my husband, Jérôme (佳言), was teaching regular Mysore classes in Lausanne. When I suddenly found myself teaching groups of people from a wide range of European cultural backgrounds, I became deeply aware of the importance of personalisation. Each person has a different age, body type, level of stress, practice frequency and set of expectations.
I was fortunate to meet Srivatsa Ramaswami and A. G. Mohan—both long-standing disciples of the legendary yoga teacher T. Krishnamacharya—with whom we studied Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Pranayama directly. Through this study, we discovered broader and deeper dimensions of yoga.
I have refined my ability to perceive each person’s situation and to adapt and design personalised practices accordingly. Aware that everyone’s understanding arises from their own lived experience, I support practitioners by creating an environment in which they can learn to think for themselves. This process of reflection continually leads them to discover new ways of acting.
Awareness lies in understanding what we are doing, recognising what we are aware of and developing the ability to perceive clearly.
Jérôme 陳佳言
Born in Lausanne, Switzerland, Jérôme began his professional career as a swimming coach in 2002. It was during a training course in performance sports coaching that he discovered yoga through a few introductory classes. This first encounter gradually grew into a vocation and, since 2010, supporting people through the practice of yoga has been at the heart of his commitment.
For more than twenty-five years, Jérôme has taught swimming to a wide range of people—including children, adults, students and national-level swimmers—in clubs, schools and at university. This experience has enabled him to develop a strong capacity for listening, adapting and teaching, while taking into account each person’s pace, abilities and needs.
His yoga teaching has mainly developed in Lausanne, notably at Yogaworks studio, where he taught from 2010 to 2026, as well as at Ashtanga Yoga Lausanne, a studio he co-founded in 2014 and where he also served as director from January 2025 to April 2026.
After ten years of studying and practising Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Jérôme deepened his study of Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Pranayama with Srivatsa Ramaswami and A. G. Mohan, both long-standing disciples of T. Krishnamacharya. He also studied Ayurveda with the Vaidyas Atreya Smith and Sunil Joshi, as well as Jyotish, Vedic astrology.
His approach goes beyond the purely technical aspects of postures. Each session is carefully tailored to respect the individual’s journey, pace and needs, with the aim of fostering a personal, mindful, independent and deeply transformative practice.
For Jérôme, swimming and yoga are two deeply complementary paths, brought together by the same joy of teaching, sharing and supporting each person on their own journey.
