The Principle of Vinyasa Krama

Vinyasa Krama is about building a progressive and mindful practice. Each step prepares the next and adapts to your circumstances, your body and your goals—whether they involve postures, breathing, mantras or subtle energy (prana). We begin where we are and move forward with attentiveness, quality and precision. In this way, the practice becomes alive, personal and progressively transformative.

Pranayama

Awareness of the breath lies at the heart of the practice. It guides attention and stabilises energy. Through the fluidity of the breath, Pranayama opens a space for meditation, introspection and calm.

Start Where You Are

Mysore Classes

Mysore classes are inspired by the traditional transmission of yoga in India: each student practises individually, with the attentive guidance of the teacher.

From their very first class, beginners gradually learn to practise independently. Beginners and experienced practitioners practise side by side, each at their own pace, receiving verbal instructions and physical adjustments when needed.

The practice grows richer over time as skills and humility develop. Students gradually memorise their sequence and acquire the necessary reference points to practise with greater autonomy, stability and calm.

Mysore classes allow students to deepen their awareness of themselves in a truly comprehensive way—emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

Foundations Classes

These classes are designed for beginners, as well as for practitioners who wish to deepen or renew their practice. In a small group, you will learn the fundamentals with precise, progressive guidance.

They allow you to build a healthy, coherent and sustainable personal practice, while gradually preparing you for Mysore classes.

Level 1

Level 2
